I've updated my resume twice, I have been a stay at home mom for 3yrs, can't find a job, with 14yrs of exp?

I have 14 years of real estate lending exp. I have been home for the last three, but I can't seem to find a job. I have updated my resume twice now to make sure it is perfect. I don't have any idea why I can't find a job. We moved to ATL 2 years ago, and the only thing I can think of is because I don't have any experience in this area.
