I am an administrative worker for a clinical research company and am hourly. I have accrued about 60 hours of vacation time, about a day of sick hours and a day or so of ';personal'; hours. If I give two weeks notice and refuse to stay longer even if they want me to can they take any of these earned hours away from me?
