If a person has a pending felony and that person has not been to court. Can this stop fair employment?

I have just been offered a position at a very large corporation as a Project Accountant. I have a pending charge on my record for computer theft. This charge will be taken off my record once i go to court, but I just don't know when that will be. Do you think the other company will still offer me the position when they see my record?
