If I take the 932 Exam for USPS, would I be able to take the 710 Exam or do I have to wait?

There is currently openings for the 932 Exam (electronics) in my area. I am also interested in taking the 710 Exam (clerical) but there are no openings at the moment. If I take the 932 Exam, is there a waiting period for taking a different Exam.
